• 750 in Spain

• 700 in Norway

• 600 in the United Kingdom

• 400 in Belgium & Luxembourg

• 350 in Germany

• 250 in the Netherlands

• 200 in Poland

• 100 in Italy

• 30 in Switzerland

• 30 in Bulgaria

• 1,250 in India (including around 250 graduates)

These hires support major sectors such as banking, defence, aerospace, public services, energy, retail and insurance.

We are recruiting for roles including:

• Cloud Engineers & Architects

• Cybersecurity Experts

• DevOps & Automation Specialists

• SAP Consultants

• Data & AI Specialists

• IT Project Managers

• Business Analysts

• Software Developers

In France, we plan to recruit:

• 3,400 permanent employees

• 500 interns

• 500 apprentices

These hires will support key strategic sectors including:

• Defence, Security & Space

• Financial Services

• Aeronautics

• Transport

• Energy & Telecommunications

• Public Services

Specialised entities within the Group will actively contribute to this momentum:

• CS – over 350 hires (critical systems)

• CIMPA – 200 hires (product lifecycle management for industry)

• Around 50% of hires will be technical profiles (developers, architects, systems engineers)

• 50% will be consulting, functional and project management roles

• Additional roles will support infrastructure and IT production environments
