Who can apply?
To be eligible for a V.I.E assignment, you must:
Be a French citizen or a European Area citizen,
Be at least 18 years old and no older than 27 years old at the time of application, (with a maximum age of 28 at the start date of the assignment),
Be a young graduate (Bachelors, Masters, or PhD degree),
Have a good command of at least 2 foreign languages, including English,
Apply for an assignment outside your home country (also in the case of dual nationality),
Never have completed a V.I.E assignment before.
However, there is no typical profile! Whatever your academic background or level of experience, what matters most is your motivation, curiosity, and willingness to learn.

The V.I.E allowance: the amount of your monthly allowance is determined by Business France and varies depending on the host country and city.
CIVI Number: Whether you apply via Business France or through the Sopra Steria careers website, you will need to create an account on the Business France platform. This account will allow you to receive your CIVI number, which is your official V.I.E identification number.
This number is essential and will be required throughout the rest of your journey, including:
