2. Definitions

Site refers to the website presenting the Site Publisher’s Products and Services and enabling the online distribution of Information.

Group Subsidiary refers to any company owned or controlled by the Sopra Steria Group It should be noted that the Group Subsidiaries are independent corporations and legal entities. The use of the term "Group Subsidiaries" shall therefore not constitute proof of a joint and several liability either between the said Subsidiaries or towards the Users of the Site or, more generally, third parties.

You or the User refers to any visitor, professional or not, to the Site, irrespective of whether he/she is a customer of the Site Publisher.

3. Scope

The Site Publisher has put this Site online in order to present its Products and Services to You and to provide You with information relating to its business activity, in particular through Newsletter subscription, mailings, job applications and surveys. Use of this Site implies acceptance of these Terms of Use, including the “Personal Data Protection Notice” and the “Candidate Data Protection Notice” if You apply for a job offer at Sopra Steria. 

In addition, it is specified that the Site Publisher may offer other services through this Site, for which specific conditions must be agreed before any use. In these cases, these specific conditions will supplement these general Terms of Use.

The Site Publisher makes its best efforts to provide You with verified, accurate and complete Information at the time it is displayed and read by You, within the limits of its knowledge and the information made available to it.

Similarly, the Site Publisher and/or the Group Subsidiaries do not guarantee the exhaustiveness, accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the Information displayed on the Site.
