Provide L2/L3 support for the SAP PP module, ensuring timely and effective resolution of incidents and service requests according to SLAs.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to production orders, BOMs (Bill of Materials), routings, work centers, and capacity planning.

Perform configuration changes and functional updates to meet evolving business requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, QM, PM, and FI/CO) to resolve integration issues.

Support production execution, material staging, backflushing, and shop floor control processes.

Assist in month-end closing and ensure accuracy of production cost postings.

Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and propose permanent solutions.

Prepare and review functional specifications for developments, reports, and enhancements.

Support testing activities (unit, integration, and UAT) and ensure smooth deployment to production.

Maintain up-to-date documentation on configurations, process flows, and support activities.

Adhere to ITIL-based processes for incident, problem, and change management.

Total Experience Expected: 06-08 years

6–8 years of experience as an SAP PP Functional Consultant in support or AMS projects.

Strong understanding of Discrete Manufacturing, Process Industries, or Repetitive Manufacturing.

Hands-on experience in Master Data Management (Material Master, BOM, Routing, Work Center, Production Version).

Knowledge of MRP (Material Requirement Planning), production order lifecycle, and capacity leveling.

Good understanding of integration points with MM, SD, QM, PM, and CO modules.

Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira).

Exposure to SAP S/4HANA PP (Advanced Planning, MRP Live, Fiori apps) is an advantage.
