Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with minimum years of expertise in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions. The role requires strong technical leadership, architecture understanding, and hands-on development capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution design and development
2. Architect scalable solutions using Salesforce configuration and custom development
3. Develop complex business logic using Apex, Triggers, and Visualforce/Lightning frameworks
4. Design and implement advanced automation using Flows, Approval Processes, and Process Builder
5. Lead integration design and implementation using REST/SOAP APIs and external systems
6. Define and enforce best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment
7. Oversee CI/CD pipelines using GitHub/GitLab, Salesforce CLI, VS Code, and Copado
8. Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews
9. Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical solutions aligned with business goals
10. Ensure robust test strategy (unit, regression, UAT) and high code coverage

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. 6–8 years of Salesforce development experience
2. Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, design patterns, and data modeling
3. Extensive experience in Apex, integrations, and Lightning development
4. Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and release management
5. Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills

Certifications (Mandatory)

At least one of the following:

1. Salesforce Administrator
2. Platform Developer 1
3. Platform App Builder
4. AI Associate
5. Agentforce Specialist

Added Advantage

1. Strong experience with Salesforce Agentforce solutions
2. Prompt engineering, guardrails, AI workflows, and conversational design
3. Expertise in OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, BRE)
4. Experience in Copado Robotic Testing and automation frameworks
5.  

Total Experience Expected: 06-08 years

Engineering Degree or Maters in Science (MCA) or equivalent

7 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce platform development
