Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide support and maintenance for IBM Cognos applications, including troubleshooting issues and resolving report errors.
2. Develop and enhance reports using IBM Cognos Report Studio, creating high-quality and insightful reports for business users.
3. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into report designs, and perform data validation.
4. Optimize and streamline SQL queries to improve performance within IBM Cognos reports.
5. Manage ETL processes to ensure consistent, accurate, and timely data extraction, transformation, and loading.
6. Participate in code reviews and quality assurance processes for report and ETL enhancements.
7. Document technical specifications, solutions, and support activities.

Total Experience Expected: 04-06 years

Qualifications:

1. 4-6 years of experience with IBM Cognos, particularly with Report Studio
2. Expertise in and Framework manager modeling
3. Strong SQL skills, with experience in query optimization and data analysis.
4. Knowledge of ETL processes and tools, with a focus on data integration for reporting.
5. Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and best practices in BI and reporting.
6. Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
7. Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
