Job Description

  1. Role: Application Support Engineer
  2. Experience: 2-4 years
  3. Skillset: Linux, Docker & L2 support
  4. Good to have Skills: Apache web servers / Reverse proxy and SSL, Bash scripting / CICD Pipelines, Troubleshooting tomcat application, Network Technologies including proxies, load balancers, LDAP, Active Directory, basic cloud like AWS, Azure, GCP
  5. Location: Noida only

We're seeking a skilled Service Support Engineer to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth resolution of customer problems. You’ll play a key role in maintaining high service quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide Level 2 support for technical issues.
  2. Monitor and manage tickets, ensuring SLA compliance.
  3. Document solutions and contribute to the knowledge base.
  4. Product / release deployments, upgrades, and user training.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams / Vendors for issue resolution and process improvement.

Skillset:

  1. 3–4 years of hands-on Java based tech support/service experience
  2. Good knowledge of Windows/Linux OS.
  3. Experience with ticketing tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, Constellation, Confluence etc.).
  4. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  5. Ability to handle pressure and multitask efficiently.

Preferred Skillset:

  1. Certifications: ITIL etc.
  2. Exposure to cloud platforms or basic scripting.

B.Tech/ B.E./ MCA
