We are looking for a detail-oriented IT Service Acceptance Team Member to manage the patching process for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), Business Intelligence (BI) systems, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) components. The role involves defining patching scope, coordinating with teams, handling change requests, supporting post-patching issues, and ensuring compliance with approval processes. 

Key Skill: Oracle E-Business Suite R12/ Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials – (at least 2 Modules)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Patching Management – Define scope, develop patching plans, and ensure approvals.
2. Impact Assessment & Testing – Conduct assessments, collaborate with testing teams, and review non-functional testing results.
3. Change Management & Compliance – Handle change requests, approvals, and stakeholder communication.
4. Post-Patching Support – Provide four weeks of issue resolution support.
5. Disaster Recovery – Oversee DR planning, testing, and reporting.
6. Technical Expertise – Work with Oracle Fusion & EBS modules (AP, AR, GL, PO), SQL, and database compliance.

This role is ideal for candidates who excel in patch management, stakeholder collaboration, and ensuring system stability.

Total Experience Expected: 04-06 years

Skills & Qualifications:

1. Experience with Oracle Fusion, EBS, BI, OCI, SQL, and patching processes.
2. Strong technical knowledge of Oracle Fusion & EBS architecture, change management, and troubleshooting.
3. Project management & problem-solving abilities with excellent communication skills.
4. Disaster recovery & compliance expertise.

Preferred: Oracle certifications & ITIL knowledge.
