Ready to launch your career in tech consulting? Join our Young Professional Programme and dive into our dynamic Requirements & Testing (R&T) business line. This intensive traineeship is your gateway to a future as a skilled consultant—equipped with the knowledge, confidence, and hands-on experience to thrive.
Over the course of two action-packed months, you’ll grow both technically and personally. From earning key certifications to sharpening essential soft skills like communication, feedback, and collaboration—you’ll get the full package.
You’ll become part of a close team of experts where knowledge sharing is second nature and continuous support is guaranteed. With guidance from your dedicated people manager, you’ll be set up for success from day one.

Who We're Looking For
We’re on the lookout for passionate, driven talent with the right mindset.
You are someone who:
- Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT (Software Engineering, Applied Computer Sciences, Business Engineering Informatics)
- Has a strong interest in Testing and/or Functional Analysis with a technical edge
- Thrives in a collaborative team environment and brings a positive attitude
- Has a hands-on approach and a drive for excellence in your field
- Possesses strong analytical skills and a desire to continuously learn and grow
- Communicates fluently in Dutch or French and has a professional knowledge of English
