Job Description
Are you graduating (soon) and looking for your first, exciting job as a hybrid engineer or workplace consultant to help further digitalize our world? Sopra Steria can provide you with a great kick off within our Digital Platform Services Business Line.We have established a special Traineeship program with a focus on infrastructure and digital workplace. You will go through an intensive training program at our headquarters in Diegem, which starts on September 1st. During this program, we aim to give our Young Professionals, the right start.
You will learn more on cloud technologies such as Azure, DevOps, automation and networking. Discover all about the digital workplace and how it positively affects the productivity of customers as well as how to guide them in this digital transformation
The focus is on both hard and soft skills, such as communication, feedback and collaboration. You will learn from various experts, preparing you thoroughly for your first assignment. Once you’ve finished the program, you’ll start working on your first customer project and become part of a close team of experts where knowledge sharing is second nature and continuous support is guaranteed. With guidance from your dedicated people manager, you’ll be set up for success from day one.
Qualifications
We’re seeking passionate colleagues who are eager to push the boundaries in digital transformation and technology consulting. At Sopra Steria, you’ll have the opportunity to grow your skills in a constructive, collaborative team environment, working on impactful projects that drive change for our clients. If you thrive on challenge and meet (most of) the qualifications below, we look forward to your application!
You’ll have knowledge and experience of the following:
- Associate, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT
- You are eager to step into working life, new challenges don’t scare you off
- Passionate about either IT-infrastructure and working in a Microsoft environment or M365
- Background in Cloud, DevOps, System and Network administration
- You are flexible, creative and like to think outside-the-box
- Fluent in English and Dutch/French
