As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll join a supportive and dynamic recruitment team, where your main focus will be identifying and hiring candidates for consultancy positions within Sopra Steria, deployed at leading organizations in Belgium. You'll work across the full recruitment cycle and closely collaborate with the Business Line (DPS), HR business partner, capacity manager, people managers and technical interviewers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- You will be responsible for the full end-to-end recruitment process within the Digital Platform Services (DPS) Business Line. With the focus on the following infrastructure and digital workplace profiles:
- Support Engineers
- Cloud System Engineers
- Cloud Solution Architects
- ServiceNow experts
- Linux System Engineers
- Project Managers Infrastructure & Digital Workplace
- M365 experts
- Work Place Solution Leads
- The recruitment process includes: publication of vacancies, CV screening, first interviews, feedback to candidates, offer discussions and onboardings
- Sourcing proactively through platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, job fairs, and networking
- Presenting clear and detailed candidate reports
- Taking part in employer branding and process improvement initiatives when relevant
- You develop into the expert when it comes to our target groups and know how to provide the business with trends, market information and other data within the target groups to be recruited
- You will also attend job fairs together with your HR colleagues

You’ll have knowledge and experience of the following:
- At least 2 years of of experience in recruitment, either in-house or at a recruitment agency, preferably in IT recruitment
- You're naturally structured, curious, and enjoy digging deeper into CVs and interviews
- You're comfortable speaking with a wide variety of profiles, often with technical (infrastructure) backgrounds.
- Fluent in Dutch/French and English
- You’re flexible and able to work from our office in Diegem
- You have a general interest in IT or technological innovation
- You have prior experience with an ATS systems (e.g. SmartRecruiters, SuccessFactors,...), Excel, and LinkedIn Recruiter
