Position Overview

1. We are seeking an experienced UiPath Technical Team Leader with over 8-10 years of total experience, including a minimum of 5 years in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and 2 years in team management. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and will be responsible for managing a team of RPA developers, working closely with stakeholders, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of RPA developers, providing technical guidance, performance feedback, and career development support.
2. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, manage expectations, and communicate project progress.
3. Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of RPA projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
4. Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise in UiPath and RPA, including solution design, development, and implementation.
5. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all RPA solutions are tested thoroughly and meet quality standards before deployment.
6. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in RPA development and project management.
7. Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for team members and stakeholders to enhance their understanding of RPA technologies and methodologies.

Experience:

1. Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams.

Technical Skills:

1. Proficiency in UiPath, including Studio, Orchestrator, and other relevant tools.
2. Strong understanding of RPA design patterns, best practices, and development methodologies.
3. Experience with integrating RPA solutions with other enterprise systems.

Soft Skills:

1. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
2. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
3. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
5. Certifications: UiPath certification(s) are highly desirable.

Total Experience Expected: 06-08 years

Qualifications

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience in managing multiple RPA projects simultaneously primarily UiPath
2. Knowledge of other RPA tools and technologies.
3. Experience with agile development methodologies.
4. Candidates with knowledge of Power platforms will be preferred.
