Must have skills:

● Expertise in data analysis methodologies and processes and their linkages to other processes

● Technical expertise with data models, data mining, and segmentation techniques

● Advanced SQL skills and experience with relational databases and database design.

● Strong knowledge on Python, PySpark, SQL, Java Script.

● Experience building and deploying machine learning models

● Experience with integration efforts (packaged and customised applications) from a data analysis perspective

● Strong business analyst skills, able to work with many different stakeholders to elicit and document requirements

● Solid customer service skills and interpersonal skills. ● Critical thinking skills and attention to detail.

● Good judgement, initiative, commitment and resourcefulness ● Proficient with Skywise platform and tools e.g. Contour, Code-Workbook, Code,Slate and Ontology definitions.

● Knowledge of airline and MRO operations (preferred).

● AWS Cloud Services Skills on services such as EC2, RDS, and Redshift. (Good to have)

Good to have skills:

● Experience in test automation

● Working experience in Agile/Scrum, SAFe and/or Kanban projects

● Already experienced working in remote with colleagues based in EU is a plus

● Excellent and adaptive communication capabilities with diverse audiences,

● Showing capabilities for improving agility, Entrepreneurship, innovative spirit,

● Act as a team player: adaptive, collaborative mindset and ways of working with others

● Ability to lead a development team to ensure good software architecture, code quality and team development performance

● Experience in Palantir tools like Slate, Workshop is a plus 

Total Experience Expected: 04-06 years

BE/BTech with 4-6 years of IT experience.
