Experience:

• Overall experience of 5-6 years with 4+ years Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or similar role.
• Development background with Microsoft development technologies such as SQL Server, SSRS.
• Experience with writing technical requirements, test scripts and knowledge of software programming languages and technologies.
• Utilize connectors, custom visuals. leverage AI Builder, design Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Technical certifications that attribute to continuous learning aspirations
• Knowledge on Power Virtual Agents or any other BI Tools is a plus.

 Technical Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI: Must have In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Power BI desktop, Power BI service, Power Query, and DAX (Data Analysis Expressions).
• Proficiency in Power Apps and Power Automate : Must have knowledge on Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI Integration Projects
• Data Modeling: Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and techniques, including designing star and snowflake schemas, and creating calculated columns, measures, and hierarchies.
• Data Integration: Experience with data integration and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to connect Power BI with various data sources such as databases, APIs, and flat files.
• SQL and Database Knowledge: Proficient in writing SQL queries to retrieve, manipulate, and analyze data from relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Programming Languages: Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R for data analysis and manipulation.
• Designing end-to-end solutions that improves collaboration, productivity and knowledge sharing.
• *Preference will be given to the Microsoft certified professionals

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Continuous Learning: Willingness to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in Power BI and related technologies.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues, troubleshoot errors, and propose effective solutions.

The candidate should be open to working in UK and India shifts and extend shifts whenever required.
