Oracle HCM Techno Functional experience with good hands-on work experience in Oracle HCM, HCM Extracts, BI & OTBI reports, UK Payroll, Core HR, Absence, Fast formulas and and exposure to work in Production support. Responsible to provide techno functional support during the implementation project and ensure optimized project results. Ability to lead other functional leads through the different project phases. Should be capable to understand the business needs and converting them into detailed functional and Technical solutions. Should have expertise on system configuration, system administration, data quality analysis, business process analysis and Report development

Total Experience Expected: 08-10 years

1. 8 to 10 years of Oracle Technical and functional experience in Oracle HCM, HCM Extracts, BI Reports, OTBI reports , Payroll, Core HR, Absence, Fast formulas and UK Payroll knowledge and exposure to work in Production support
2. Capability to understand the business needs and converting them into detailed functional and Technical solutions. 
3. Recognizing Developmental and Coding Standards. 
4. Clear understanding on Implementation methodologies and Delivery techniques. 
5. Good Knowledge on system configuration, system administration, data quality analysis, business process analysis and Report development

• Should be willing to travel to client location for deliverables
• Should be willing to work in shifts, especially CE and UK shifts.
