Job Description
As an Oracle Business Applications Consultant you have a strong background in Oracle ERP solutions (Oracle E-Business Suite and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud). You have the ability to analyze business requirements and implement effective solutions, working together with our clients to enhance their ERP systems and ensuring optimal performance and alignment with the client’s business goals.
In this role you will be a Trusted Advisor to our clients addressing complex challenges, providing functional insights and collaborating with both clients and internal Sopra Steria teams to deliver robust solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Design, configure, and implement Oracle ERP solutions tailored to client needs.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle ERP applications.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective use of the ERP system.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations and processes.
- Stay updated on Oracle ERP trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions.
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate ERP systems with other business applications.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Languages: Dutch and English
You have knowledge and experience of the following:
- Proven experience as an Oracle ERP Consultant (E-Bussiness Suite and/or Fusion Cloud) or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP modules (e.g., Financials, Supply Chain, HR).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant Oracle certifications are a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with data migration and system upgrades.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.
- Knowledge of SQL and database management
