Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for Identifying and designing business processes for automation, setting up, testing, and monitoring automated workflows to ensure that business processes function at optimum efficiency without risk of error and you will be required to see out a project from conception to final product, requiring good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Design, develop, and deploy Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven) to meet business requirements.
• Create and automate workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes.
• Build and manage Power Pages for creating dynamic websites and portals.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, Dataverse, and other Microsoft 365 applications.
• Ensure the security, performance, and scalability of Power Platform applications.
• Collaborate with business users to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the development team.
• Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.

Required Skills and Experience :

• 2-4 years of experience in software development or business process automation.
• Strong proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages.
• In-depth knowledge of SharePoint and Dataverse.
• Experience with Microsoft O365 ecosystem.
• Ability to design and develop complex Power Platform solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Microsoft Certified : Power Platform Developer Associate certification.
• Preferred Skills and Experience :
• Experience with DocuSign integration.
• Knowledge of Power BI.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• CI/CD deployment experience.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Total Experience Expected: 02-04 years

Skills and Qualification

• 3+ years of relevant working experience in PowerApps/Power Automate/Power Pages.
• SharePoint/Dataverse.
• Microsoft O365.

Good to Have

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate.
• Experience with DocuSign integration.
• Knowledge of Power BI.
• Experience with D365 Finance & Operations.
• CI/CD deployment experience.
• HTML/CSS/JS.
