We are seeking a Manufacturing Project Manager to join our team and lead manufacturing‑related application development projects from initial scoping through deployment and application support. The role focuses on ensuring smooth project execution by coordinating cross‑functional teams, managing risks and budgets, and maintaining a high level of stakeholder satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project teams, including business stakeholders, technical teams, and third‑party vendors.
- Ensure solution adoption by end users and stakeholders, and drive the necessary actions to achieve alignment.
- Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective action plans.
- Identify, manage, and regularly monitor project risks.
- Oversee financial management, including budget tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
- Ensure adherence to agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Chair steering committee meetings and produce project status reports covering progress, risks, and key performance indicators.
- Manage project communications with all relevant internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills
- 3–5 years of project management experience, ideally within the aeronautical manufacturing sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, aeronautics, computer science, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of assembly processes in the aeronautical manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to analyse client needs and translate them into practical, tailored solutions.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, V‑model).
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
- Budget management and schedule tracking expertise.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and an analytical mindset.
- Proficiency with project management tools.
- Fluency in English.
Nice to Have Skills
- French language skills.
- Experience working in complex, multi‑site or international manufacturing environments.
