Java/Angular Module Lead

• Comprehensive JAVA 6 experience in multiple business and technical processes
• Experience in Hibernate , Spring boot, Junit , JPA
• Excellent command on Java and Angular
• Basic Knowledge on Css,HTML,Mockito
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ensures the Technical quality of code
• Ability to work independently, and desire to learn, innovates & explores new topics.
• Possess good verbal & written communication 
• Spread the technical guidelines defined by the Technical Direction (DT)
• Validate the merge requests from offshore developers, in accordance with product quality standards
• Enrich the development best practices handbook
• Suggest new ideas and solutions to reduce the technical debt
• Support offshore developers in case of technical challenges (and act as the technical focal point of DT)
• Share regular updates on offshore technical and technological skills
• Spread the technical guidelines defined by the Technical Direction (DT)
• Validate the merge requests from offshore developers, in accordance with Aero-Webb quality standards
• Enrich the development best practices handbook
• Suggest new ideas and solutions to reduce the technical debt
• Support offshore developers in case of technical challenges (and act as the technical focal point of DT)
