As a Field Services Lead, you will oversee projects from various operational and support teams. You will monitor SLAs, manage changes, handle escalations, and lead change meetings. Preparing and integrating weekly incident and ticket reports into the KPI report will be part of your duties. You will manage changes in Jira, ensuring status updates are current. Leading Change Control Board (CCB) meetings for systems like XMII, PIMS, IPC, and ELP is essential.
Responsibilities include managing CCB reports in TrueVault and coordinating timely approval processes. Monitoring tickets in IRIS to prevent escalations is crucial. Coordinating planned maintenance activities in MS Planner and advising involved parties is part of your role. Proactively tracking high-impact incidents and managing organizational changes will also be key tasks.

You’ll have knowledge and experience of the following:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or a relevant equivalent
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Preferred experience in pharma
- Being hands-on, motivated, eager to learn, good communicator, able to provide ideas, structured, and some technical knowledge (not in-depth)
- Following up on SLA's, IT order management changes, escalations and incidents
- Developing a continuous improvement roadmap
- Reporting on performance metrics
- Fluent in English and Dutch
