Key Responsibilities and Skills:

• Solid understanding of Request, Inventory, Compliance, and Configuration Management processes.
• Prior experience in an IT Service Desk environment, focusing on Service Desk operations.
• Proficient in using Service Management tools, particularly ServiceNow.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Skilled in customer interactions via calls and emails.
• Experience collaborating with international clients.
• Ability to manage requests and tasks effectively, adhering to SOPs and beyond.

Desirable Skills:

• Familiarity with Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
• Good understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with strong knowledge of Excel for reporting and data analysis.

Experience Required:

• Total experience: 0–1 year.
