Must-Have

• 4+ year of Command Center or operations monitoring experience with graduation (engineering preferred)

• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills for L1/L2 support, with ITIL knowledge

• Crisis management capability with accurate event logging/reporting and clear communication under pressure

• Highly responsive, detail-oriented, organized, resilient, and flexible to work in shifts

• Ability to take ownership of tasks and perform effectively in fast-paced environments

Good-to-Have

• Hands-on experience with monitoring tools (Moogsoft, BPPM, Petrol, Splunk) and ITSM platforms (Remedy, ServiceNow)

• Experience in support projects and coordinating with technical teams/vendors

• Exposure to producing precise communications in urgent situations

• Adaptability to evolving technologies, customer-focused mindset, and situational awareness

• Continuous learning attitude (ITIL, cybersecurity, automation)

Total Experience Expected: 02-04 years

Engg Graduate with 4+ years of experience
