 Job Description

1. Skilled and experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile practices across multiple teams (squads),
2. Support cross-squad coordination at the Area level
3. The ideal candidate will be a coach, and change agent, promoting Agile principles and removing impediments to ensure continuous delivery of value

Key Responsibilities:

Squad Level (Team Focus)

1. Act as a leader and coach for 2 agile squads.
2. Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
3. Foster a collaborative and self-organizing team environment.
4. Identify, track, and help remove team-level impediments.
5. Support Product Owners with backlog grooming and maintaining a healthy backlog.
6. Encourage and coach the team on Agile best practices, metrics, and continuous improvement

Area Level (Multiple Squads / Shared Purpose)

1. Coordinate and align multiple squads working toward a common product or platform.
2. Facilitate cross-squad syncs or scrum-of-scrums.
3. Support Area Leads in risk identification, dependency management, and release coordination.
4. Coach teams on effective cross-team collaboration and shared responsibility for outcomes.
5. Promote the use of shared agile tools and metrics across squads for transparency.

 Candidate Profile:

1. At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or equivalent role.
2. Strong experience working in a scaled agile environment eg. SAFe
3. Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, XP).
4. Proven experience in coaching agile teams and influencing leadership.
5. Familiarity with tools such as Azure board, Confluence, Miro, or similar.
