At Sopra Steria, fostering the next generation of tech
leaders is at the heart of our mission. This year's International Internship
Program saw a group of french students embark on a transformative journey across some
of our key global markets: India, Poland, and Spain.
Kicking off with an onboarding event in France, the interns
were introduced to the Group’s culture and values. This initial phase allowed
them to bond and prepare for the exciting international assignments ahead.
The program offered these young talents a deep dive into
Sopra Steria's global operations, working alongside experts and
contributing to innovative projects. For some, this began with a few weeks of
integration in France before heading abroad a smooth transition that provided
both acclimatization and an early sense of work.
Our student, now find themselves fully immersed in the
dynamic tech environments of India, Spain, and Poland. Supported every step of
the way, from visa arrangements to settling in, they’re gaining hands-on
experience while expanding their professional horizons.
The International Internship Program at Sopra Steria is more
than just an internship; it’s an opportunity to engage with global
challenges, enhance technical expertise, and build a network that transcends
