Position : .Net Senior Technical Lead
Skills: C#, Asp.Net MVC, Rest API, Microservices
Experience: 10+ years
Location: Noida

Support in backend design and development for customer applications, taking ownership of the technical quality.

Key Responsibilities

1. Ensure architectural consistency across solutions and alignment with business goals.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and architecture roadmap.
3. Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the SDLC.
4. Review code, provide design feedback, and enforce best practices in coding, security, and performance.
5. Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and frameworks suitable for the project.
6. Troubleshoot high-level system issues and provide direction for resolution.
7. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and design specifications.
8. Participate in client/stakeholder discussions to translate business requirements into technical solutions and must have excellent communication skills.
9. Mentor developers and ensure continuous technical upskilling within the team.

Skills

1. Strong in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, REST API, MVC, Design Patterns
2. Experience with TFS/GitHub.
3. Rich Experience with PL/SQL.
4. Well versed with SQL Server & SQL Developer.
5. Knowledge of tools such as SonarQube, Postman/Bruno, Swagger.
6. Demonstrable Micro-service/SOA design and implementation experience.
7. Understanding of Iterative & Agile - SCRUM methodologies.
8. Design, develop, troubleshoot, and debug software applications (.Net Framework applications).
9. Proactively Identify, acquire, lead, and raise project risks during the entire lifecycle. Report and escalate to upper management as and when needed.
10. Knowledge on testing KPIs related to productivity, defects and requirements management. Develops test result and assessment templates.
11. Good to have knowledge of CI/CD tool - Jenkins.
