Job Description

SuccessFactors LMS Architect

Total Experience Expected: 10-14 years

Location: Noida/Chennai/Bengaluru/Pune

Role Overview:

The SuccessFactors LMS Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing the SuccessFactors Learning Management System module. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand learning needs, ensuring seamless integration with other HR systems, and maintaining compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Solution Design: Lead the design and architecture of the SuccessFactors LMS module, ensuring it meets organizational learning and development needs.
  2. Integration: Collaborate with other SAP SuccessFactors modules and HR tools to ensure seamless integration and data flow within the HR IT landscape.
  3. Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with HR, L&D, and IT teams to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with organizational learning objectives.
  4. Customization and Configuration: Develop and implement customizations and configurations within the LMS module to enhance functionality and user experience.
  5. Compliance and Security: Ensure the LMS module complies with global/local IT regulatory requirements for the finance and insurance industry, maintaining audit-proof systems.
  6. Performance Optimization: Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for improvement, focusing on the effectiveness and efficiency of the LMS module.
  7. Documentation: Create and maintain documentation related to LMS module architecture, configurations, and compliance standards.
  8. Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and IT teams, facilitating smooth adoption and utilization of the LMS module.

Skills and Qualifications:

  1. SuccessFactors Expertise: Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors LMS module, including integration with other SuccessFactors modules and HR tools.
  2. Integration Skills: Strong understanding of integration concepts and experience with SAP Cloud Integration or similar platforms.
  3. Solution Architecture: Experience in designing and implementing HR IT solutions, with a focus on learning management systems.
  4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at various levels.
  5. Technical Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  6. Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of IT regulatory requirements for the finance and insurance industry, with experience in ensuring compliance and security.
  7. Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, driving collaboration and consensus among diverse groups.
