As a Solution Owner of Business Services at Sopra Steria, you will be part of a dynamic organization that supports clients in their daily operations, enabling them to focus on their core business. We help improve productivity, optimize processes, and manage risks, with a strong emphasis on anti-financial crime and regulatory compliance. In addition, we leverage innovative technologies such as AI, automation, and analytics to deliver solutions that meet the highest standards.
In this role, you will lead the entire lifecycle of banking solutions—from ideation and analysis to implementation and continuous improvement. You will develop tailored solutions, advise on digital transformation, and drive the integration of AI and automation. You will organize workshops, manage change initiatives, and ensure successful adoption of new solutions. Furthermore, you will align strategies with market trends, support business development, and represent Sopra Steria as a thought leader in client meetings and industry events. Finally, you will foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by monitoring performance, incorporating feedback, and supporting training programs, with a particular focus on Anti-Financial Crime and AI.

- Proven experience in solution ownership, transformation management, or consulting within the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of banking operations, regulatory environments, and digital transformation trends.
- Experience with AI, automation, and emerging technologies in service delivery.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and drive initiatives in a matrixed environment.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
- Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
