- Plan and manage bids within agreed budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
- Lead, motivate, and support virtual bid teams and proposal contributors.
- Ensure clear definition of scope, services, risks, and contractual clarifications.

- A fast learner with strong ownership; asking the right questions to ensure clarity and high-quality delivery.
- Thriving in fast-paced, high-pressure settings; delivers quality results under tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Service- and results-driven; customer-focused, proactive, and commercially minded.
- Highly self-sufficient with strong time management; able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experienced in working with virtual and changing teams; capable of guiding teams to deliver on time and within budget.
- An adaptable team leader guiding teams to deliver results on time and within budget.
- Service- and results-oriented, commercially and customer-focused, proactive in driving solutions.
- Skilled at challenging colleagues and securing accurate responses from subject-matter experts.

- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Prince2, SAFe, PM²) and ITIL processes.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus.
- Certifications are an advantage.
