Job Description

Sopra Steria is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to help with:

  • Implementation of processes in ServiceNow
  • Design and creation of feeding interfaces to integrate the clients data to ServiceNow
  • Setup API integration between ServiceNow and clients local resources
  • Analysis and creation of automated exports from ServiceNow to feed internal customers' needs
  • Analysis and configuration of email interfaces (inbound/outbound) in ServiceNow
  • Workflow design in ServiceNow
  • Migration of existing tools to ServiceNow

You will work in the configuration and asset management team as Dev Engineer on ServiceNow. The configuration and asset management squad are responsible for ensuring that we have a CMDB that contains accurate and up-to-date data concerning the different assets that are managed.

You’ll have knowledge and experience of the following:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science 
  • ServiceNow Certified (Development)
  • Experience with ServiceNow Workflows, Automations and Integrations 
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into functional/technical ServiceNow solutions. 
  • Solid knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices 
  • Experience leading and collaborating with teams across local, nearshore and offshore locations.
  • A clear passion for ITSM tools such as ServiceNow 
  • working in a complex and big structure with external stakeholders
  • Capabilities of working with external stakeholders
  • Strong communication, explanation, and presentation skills  
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills 
  • Fluent in English and Dutch/French
