Within the Digital Platform Services department, our teams specialize in areas such as cloud, operating systems, virtualization, databases, backup or storage, as well as networking and security. We also have 1st line support consultants who speak French and English, but also Italian, Spanish, Portuguese and German.

The Application Services department is responsible for areas such as software development, data engineering, testing services, CRM, ITSM and ERP platform integrations, as well as application management for customers in Scandinavia, Benelux, France, Germany, Switzerland and the UK.


Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior ERP Project Manager for a large-scale manufacturing and industrial group undergoing digital transformation and ERP modernization.

Please note that we can only offer cooperation to candidates located in Poland who are willing to commute to Katowice and Gliwice. 

Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise-scale ERP implementation programs within manufacturing and industrial organizations.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, status reporting, governance, and Steering Committee meetings.
  • Coordinate ERP implementation partners, vendors, and cross-functional business teams.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
  • Oversee data migration, system integration, UAT, and Go-Live preparation activities.
  • Ensure successful execution of Go-Live and post-Go-Live stabilization phases.
  • Drive change management initiatives and support business readiness across the organization.

Qualifications

Must have requirements:​

  • 8–10+ years of experience leading large-scale ERP implementation projects in manufacturing and industrial environments.
  • Experience leading organizational change management activities and business readiness initiatives during ERP transformations.
  • Proven track record of delivering at least 2–3 full-cycle ERP implementations, including successful Go-Live and post-Go-Live stabilization.
  • Strong experience managing project plans, budgets, timelines, governance, and status reporting in enterprise-scale programs.
  • Hands-on experience with vendor and system integrator management, including performance monitoring, issue resolution, and contract delivery oversight.
  • Solid expertise in risk management, issue management, dependency tracking, and escalation management.
  • Proven experience leading key ERP implementation workstreams, including:
    - Data Migration
    - System Integrations
    - User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
    - Go-Live Planning and Execution
    - Hypercare / Post-Go-Live Stabilization
  • Experience facilitating and reporting to Steering Committees and engaging with senior business stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of at least one major ERP platform:
    - IFS Cloud (preferred)
    - SAP
    - Microsoft Dynamics 365
    - Oracle ERP
    - Infor
    - Epicor
  • Experience working on the client-side or within a PMO function, rather than exclusively on the vendor side.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence senior leadership and C-level stakeholders.
  • Excellent facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to drive alignment across cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  • High resilience, assertiveness, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure in complex, fast-paced project environments.
  • Fluent English: B2 +.

The recruitment process for this position consists of two stages:

  • a short phone call with a recruiter (30 min max)
  • 1st one-hour long interview on Teams (with both general and technical questions)
  • 2nd one-hour long interview (with both general and technical questions)

​Salary range:
UoP:  17 000 - 20 000 PLN gross/month
B2B: 120 - 180 PLN nett/h
