Mode of work: Hybrid (3 days to office every week)
Shift: UK Shift

1. Strong expertise and experience in industry standard test automation tools, implementing tool frameworks, industry best practice, and coding standards. Demonstrable experience of test automation using C#, Selenium, RestSharp and Specflow.
2. Good understanding of Test Automation best practices and ability to write readable, reliable, configurable, maintainable, and well-structured tests.
3. Strong automation coding skills, ideally in C#, TypeScript or JavaScript.
4. Create and maintain automated test suites that are robust, concise, and readable.
5. Should have experience with integration testing tools (e.g. Postman, Fitnesse, Karate)
6. Should be able to demonstrate integration of automation suite in the pipeline. 
7. Should be able to demonstrate experience in design and development of test automation frameworks, such as Selenium, TestCafe or Cypress.
8. Proficient in using Git and understanding of branching strategies.
9. Have experience in an environment which uses Business Driven Development (BDD)
10. Should have up-to-date Testing industry knowledge and ability to bring new ways of working in-house to improve the output.
11. Should have strong ability to coach/mentor testing and non-testing colleagues to improve test practices.
12. Pair with exploratory testers and developers to enable them to contribute to the automation test packs.
13. Collaborate with higher leadership test team in creating automation strategy and work closely with wider technology teams to ensure automation is built-in in our ways of working.
14. Assist in removing technical impediments encountered by the team.
15. Be able to demonstrate the holistic approach of testing with automation-first minds
