Job Description:

• 14+ Years overall professional experience in IT
• At-least 10 Years of SAP hands on experience as a functional consultant in Manufacturing or Supply Chain domain At least 2 End to End S/4 HANA migration experience (Greenfield / Brownfield) 
• At least 1 End to End experience of Application Management lifecycle with demonstrated engagement from Transition to service delivery phases.
• At least 12 months of demonstrated experience working in customer proximity (onsite) in overall experience.
• Demonstrated experience in doing pre-sales covering solution definitions, cost estimations, scheduling, risk management, proposal defense presentations and overall commercial awareness.  

Roles & Responsibilities:

• You will be part of the technology consulting team which is an elite group of specialist customer facing consultants.
• You will be in a position to interact with senior stakeholders in customer organization to present our offers and solutions.
• You will be creating the winning solution pitch with our customers to differentiate our offers with the competition.
• Your will be playing a lead role in delivery of critical S/4 HANA and SAP transformation assignments.
• You will be a transversal subject matter expert in SAP functional topics most importantly S/4 HANA
• You will work with key business stakeholders to ensure the success of planning, analysis, designing, requirements definition, functional design, development, testing and Project implementation globally.

Key Skills required:

• Domain Knowledge
• Good understanding of the industry 4.0 transformation / Digital Transformation of the supply chain
• Ability to prepare detailed analysis of manufacturing business processes, including running client interviews and development of automated flow charts detailing process steps, hand offs and decision points.
• Perform cross impact assessment of solutions.
• Strong skills in developing and presenting clear and concise solution briefings.
• Discrete Manufacturing experience is a must-have
• Experience in Aerospace and Defense sector is a big plus.

S/4 HANA Knowledge:

• Ability to analyze the SAP readiness check report and propose a roadmap for S/4 HANA Transformation including business process impacts/ gaps. 
• SAP configuration expertise in one or more of PP (Production Planning), QM (Quality Management) in S/4 HANA 1909 and higher and have broader Supply Chain experience as well as an understanding of FI (Financial Accounting).
• Working experience and confidence in troubleshooting and debugging of SAP design, configuration, workbench objects like programs and function modules, BAdi’s and user-exits as it relates to solution gaps.
• Good understanding of dependencies and integration with other modules

 Soft Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to create and run compelling presentations with varied audience ( senior and juniors )

Total Experience Expected: 14-18 years

Qualifications: SAP Certified in Manufacturing domains ( PP/QM )
