Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP EWM Consultant to support SAP implementation, enhancement, migration, and support initiatives involving Extended Warehouse Management. The consultant will work closely with supply chain, warehouse operations, business stakeholders, and technical teams to design and implement efficient warehouse processes that improve inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze business requirements related to warehouse management and logistics operations.
  • Design, configure, and implement SAP EWM solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Support SAP S/4HANA transformation, rollout, and enhancement projects.
  • Conduct workshops, fit-gap analysis, and process design sessions.
  • Configure and support:
    • Inbound Logistics
    • Outbound Logistics
    • Putaway Strategies
    • Picking and Packing Processes
    • Wave Management
    • Yard Management
    • Cross Docking
    • Internal Warehouse Movements
    • Labor Management
    • Physical Inventory Processes
    • RF and Mobile Warehouse Transactions
  • Collaborate with SAP MM, SD, PP, PM, TM, and FICO teams.
  • Prepare functional specifications and support development activities.
  • Execute unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
  • Support cutover, go-live, hypercare, and production support activities.
  • Deliver user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
  • Create and maintain solution documentation.

    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of SAP EWM consulting experience.
    • Strong hands-on SAP EWM configuration experience.
    • Experience in at least one full SAP implementation lifecycle.
    • Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management processes.
    • Experience working with global and cross-functional teams.
    • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • SAP S/4HANA EWM experience.
    • Experience with decentralized and embedded EWM deployments.
    • Knowledge of warehouse automation technologies and RF solutions.
    • Experience integrating EWM with Transportation Management (TM), MM, SD, and PP modules.
    • SAP EWM certification.
    • Experience in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Retail, Consumer Goods, Logistics, or Distribution sectors.
