An experienced Salesforce QA professional with strong expertise in functional testing, integration testing, and Copado-based DevOps processes. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality Salesforce releases through robust testing strategies and seamless CI/CD pipeline validation.

1. Analyse requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
2. Design and execute functional, integration, regression, and UAT test cases.
3. Test Salesforce configurations including custom objects, fields, validation rules, relationships, Lightning components, Flows, and Approval Processes.
4. Validate custom developments such as Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce components.
5. Perform API testing (REST/SOAP) and end-to-end integration testing with external systems.
6. Use Postman for API validation and data reconciliation.
7. Work with Copado for release management, environment promotions, deployment validation, and rollback testing.
8. Execute and maintain automated test suites using Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.
9. Log and track defects using JIRA / Azure DevOps.
10. Collaborate with Salesforce developers, admins, and product owners in Agile teams.

Total Experience Expected: 04-06 years

Minimum 3+ years of experience in Salesforce testing (Service Cloud preferred).

Strong expertise in functional and integration testing.

Hands-on experience with Copado DevOps.

Experience in API testing (REST/SOAP).

Working knowledge of Salesforce data model and SOQL.
