An experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to lead the design, development and optimization of our Salesforce platform.

The candidate must have extensive experience across the Salesforce tech stack including Apex, Flow, Visualforce, Lightening Web Components and integrations with third party applications.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain Salesforce applications, codebase and platform.
2. Lead integration efforts with external systems via APIs, middleware and other tools.
3. Proficiency in Apex, Lightening Web Components, SOQL and data modelling.
4. Hands on Customization APEX Triggers, Batch, Schedule Apex, VF Components, Test Class
5. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce best practices, performance tuning and security.
6. Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions tailored to business needs.
7. Perform code reviews and troubleshoot complex technical issues to maintain high quality deliverables.
8. Expedite resolution of technical issues and blockers across multiple workstreams.
9. Drive automation in development workflows, build pipelines and testing to accelerate delivery.
10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements.
11. Ensure platform stability and security performing regular maintenance updates and code reviews.
12. Mentor developers and share best practices in Salesforce development.
13. Expertise in CD/CD tools and DevOps practices.
14. Azure DevOps desirable, Jira or other similar tools.

Total Experience Expected: 06-08 years

1. Bachelor / master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent
2. Very good practical knowledge of DevOps concepts and their implementation on salesforce platform.
3. Salesforce accreditations around development.
4. Good oral and written communication skills in English.
5. Excellent Team player with ability to work independently.
6. Good working knowledge of Agile Methodologies.
