Key job responsibilities

1. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner, resolving issues with Salesforce and AWS
2. Consistently document root cause analysis steps and findings, recommended solutions
3. Monitor customer service areas to identify potential system issues that could impact customer experience
4. Complete setup and configuration of Salesforce customer accounts and configurations
5. Maintain and improve existing Salesforce and AWS applications and processes
6. Implement changes to applications within Salesforce and AWS
7. Develop requirements and specifications to meet customer needs
8. Install, configure, and test new applications, software, and hardware in a timely manner
9. Develop and execute effective system maintenance plans
10. Consult with stakeholders on application performance, scalability, and usability
11. Ensure compliance with security protocols for Salesforce and AWS systems
12. Resolve system problems efficiently

Required Skillset

1.  Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
2. Salesforce Administrator, Developer I certification or equivalent experience
3. Familiarity with AWS services such as EC2 and S3
4. Ability to collaborate with vendors, project teams, and stakeholders
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skill
6. Knowledge of best practices in writing and documenting technical procedures
7. Expertise in developing run books and training materials
8. Proficient in creating workflows, SOPs, and technical diagramming

Preferred/Good-to-have Skillset:

1. Hands-on experience on Salesforce configurations, coding, and building integrations
2. Experience using Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, Workbench, Demand Tools, Eclipse Force.com IDE, Informatica)
3. Experience with Salesforce change management (Visual Studio Code, GitHub version control)
4. Experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies
5. Technical design and implementation experience, including Service cloud lightning, Sales cloud lightning, Marketing cloud lightning or Pardot lightning, and other tools
6. Working knowledge of AWS environments
7. Experience with configuration and customization of Salesforce applications
8. Knowledge of Salesforce APIs and integrations
9. Strong skill on the Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL)
10. Experience owning integrations or large-scale migrations
11. Salesforce Application Architect Certification
12. Experience developing in Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Lightning Design, and/or LWCs, Visualforce page
13. Verbal/written communication skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
14. Alfresco certification
