The Salesforce Product Architect will be responsible for defining and design and governance of Salesforce solutions within a regulated financial services environment and delivering end‑to‑end Salesforce product architecture aligned with business strategy, scalability, security, and compliance requirements. This role bridges business vision and technical execution, ensuring Salesforce solutions are robust, future‑ready, and aligned with enterprise standards.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Product Ownership
- Own the end‑to‑end Salesforce product architecture across Service, Experience, and Public Sector Clouds.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high‑performance scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Partner with product owners and business stakeholders to define roadmaps and priorities.
- Design and govern Salesforce security and sharing
- Design secure integrations with core financial systems
- Establish and enforce Salesforce architectural standards, guardrails, and best practices.
- Define and maintain High‑Level and Low‑Level Designs (HLD/LLD) aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
- Act as the design authority for Salesforce solutions across multiple delivery teams.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and QA teams.
- Support release planning, deployment strategies, and environment management.
- Review solution designs and code for compliance and architectural integrity.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and architectural guidance to delivery teams.
- Apply API‑led and event‑driven architectures (REST, SOAP, Platform Events)
- Support release governance, CI/CD pipelines, and environment strategies.
- Provide architectural leadership and guidance to delivery teams.
Required Skills & Experience
Salesforce Expertise
- Apex Architecture & Design Patterns
- Strong knowledge of Apex design patterns and enterprise application architecture
- Clear separation of concerns between UI, business logic, and data access
- Experience designing frameworks that scale across multiple teams
- Strong experience with:
- Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
- Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Salesforce data model and security framework
- Deep understanding of governor limits, performance, and scalability.
- Public Cloud & Integration Architecture
- Experience integrating Salesforce with public cloud platforms (AWS/SharePoint)
- API‑led architecture (REST, SOAP)
- Event‑driven integrations (Platform Events, Change Data Capture)
- Secure middleware integration (e.g., MuleSoft)
- Data Governance and Quality
- Designing data management solution, including data models, Large Data Volume strategies.
- Compliance & Data Protection
- Data classification and retention strategies
- GDPR / data privacy‑aware solution design
- Secure handling of PII and financial data
- Automation & Custom Development
- Apex (Triggers, Batch, Queueable, Scheduled)
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Declarative automation strategy (Flows vs Apex)
- Error handling and transaction control
- Secure coding best practices
- DevOps & Environment Management
- CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce
- Source‑driven development (Git)
Total Experience Expected: 08-10 years
Engineering or Master in Science (MCA) or Equivalent
