Job Description

Project Lead -  OpenText Rollout
Experience: 8 to 10 years
Location: Noida/ Chennai/ Bangalore/ Pune

To enhance HR IT solutions, OpenText is getting intergated with SAP SuccessFactors to streamline document management and improve HR processes. OpenText Rollout Project Lead would lead this integration and ensure seamless implementation across HR IT landscape.

Role Overview:

The OpenText Rollout Lead will be responsible for managing the deployment and integration of OpenText solutions within the existing SAP SuccessFactors environment. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and optimizing document management processes to enhance HR service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Management: Lead the rollout of OpenText solutions, ensuring timely and successful implementation in alignment with project goals and timelines.
  2. Integration: Collaborate with SAP SuccessFactors teams to ensure seamless integration of OpenText solutions, enhancing document management capabilities within the HR IT landscape.
  3. Solution Architecture: Assess current and future architecture requirements, focusing on OpenText's integration with SAP SuccessFactors and other HR tools.
  4. Documentation: Create and review documentation related to OpenText integrations, data models, and system configurations, ensuring adherence to compliance and IT security standards.
  5. Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with stakeholders, including HR, IT, and business units, to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  6. Compliance and Security: Ensure that OpenText solutions comply with global/local IT regulatory requirements for the finance and insurance industry, maintaining audit-proof systems.
  7. Performance Optimization: Analyze system performance and identify opportunities for improvement, focusing on OpenText's role within the HR IT landscape.
  8. Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and IT teams, facilitating smooth adoption and utilization of OpenText solutions.

Skills and Qualifications:

  1. OpenText Expertise: Proven experience with OpenText solutions, including integration with SAP SuccessFactors and other HR tools.
  2. SAP SuccessFactors Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors modules, particularly Employee Central, Recruiting, and Onboarding.
  3. Integration Skills: Experience with SAP Cloud Integration and other integration platforms.
  4. Project Management: Strong project management skills, with a track record of successful rollout and implementation of IT solutions.
  5. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
  6. Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at various levels.
  7. Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of IT regulatory requirements for the finance and insurance industry, with experience in ensuring compliance and security.
