Must Have :

1. Technical expertise ( with minimum 8-10 years experience ) to work independently and write good quality code
2. System architecture and design involving Java, Microservices, Spring Boot, Batch processing, Spring integration
3. Demonstrable experience in defining a RESTful service based architecture for new business capabilities or features
4. Strong hands-on experience in Java 8+, Spring Framework, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, and JPA
5. Hands on experience on implementing secured, high quality REST API (Microservice architecture )
6. Should have Full stack Development experience using any Javascript based Frontend Framework - Angular etc
7. Strong problem solving and analytical skills (especially encompassing the areas of performance, scalability on the above mentioned technologies)
8. Should have thorough understanding on unit and integration test cases using JUNIT, MOCKITO, and other testing libraries
9. Experience in code version tools preferably GIT, GITLab
10. Any open source Database like PostgreSQL
11. Ability to do peer code reviews & quality checks
12. Exposure in Agile delivery methodology & offshore delivery model
13. Hands-on in Estimation Techniques & Principles
14. Prepare design documents & technical flow diagrams
15. Experience in task planning, estimation, & monitoring

Desirable :

1. Knowledge on CI/CD – Jenkins, Sonar & Ansible
2. Camel(JMS), Message brokers, Rabbit MQ or any other open-source integration framework
3. Exposure to performance optimizations ( understanding of key components of a Microservices including containers, load balancing, distributed cache )

Total Experience Expected: 08-10 years

B.E or B.Tech in Computer Science/IT
