As a Practice Lead, you will drive impactful change and deliver measurable results. Your role involves not only implementing strategic initiatives but also identifying and nurturing new talent, expanding project scopes, and applying innovative solutions to ambitious projects. Your day-to-day tasks will include aligning IT systems and coming up with projects. You’re seen as a mentor for your team who’s always training and coaching to hit milestones and get things done. You can communicate these ambitions with cross-departmental partners, stakeholders and management alike, making organisation-wide collaboration possible.

As the Lead of the practice Oracle Business Applications, you will lead a team of approximately 20 professionals specializing in Oracle ERP and JD Edwards implementations, functional application support, and business analysis. You will report to the Business Director of the Oracle Area.

In this leadership role, you will:

• Inspire and guide your team, attracting talented professionals from the Oracle community and supporting their career development.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients, helping them address challenges and develop solutions using Oracle technology.
• Be involved in the full customer journey, starting with the proposal process to win the customer to delivering the solution when we have won the deal.
• Take a leading role in shaping and executing the strategy for Oracle Business Applications within Sopra Steria.

You will also work closely with the Oracle area leadership team to continuously innovate and ensure high-quality service delivery. Your entrepreneurial outlook will help you identify business opportunities and lead successful bid processes. Ultimately, you will create an environment where your team can thrive, foster their professional growth, and ensure client satisfaction through effective delivery.

• Education:                Bachelor's degree (or higher)
• Experience:              5+ years in Oracle Business Applications as an implementation consultant or as a pre-sales consultant, particularly in Oracle Fusion Applications implementations
• Salary:                      €5000 - €8500
• Languages:               Fluently Dutch
• You have knowledge and experience of the following: Oracle, Pre-sales, Management
