Required Skills & Expertise:

Highly skilled Data Analyst / BI Developer with proven expertise in Power BI, SQL, Snowflake, and data modeling. The role requires a strong blend of technical skills, business acumen, and communication abilities to design, develop, and deliver high-quality BI solutions

Mandatory Requirements:-

1. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs, ensuring alignment on report design, usability, and functionality.
2. Proven experience in Business Intelligence / Data Analytics with a focus on reporting and data modeling.
3. Strong knowledge of Power BI, including DAX, Power Query (M), and building enterprise-grade dashboards.
4. Solid understanding of data modeling techniques(3NF, Star Schema, Snowflake Schema, Data Vault 2.0). to support analytical and reporting requirements.
5. Write efficient SQL queries to handle large volumes of data
6. Apply UI/UX design principlesto ensure Power BI dashboards are intuitive, user-centric, and tailored to specific target groups.
7. Experience of Data connectivity with Multiple Sources - Oracle BI, SQL, API’s, Dataflows, Data lakes, Data Warehouse
8. Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300)

Secondary Requirements: -

1. Implement performance tuning and optimization techniques to enhance Power BI report efficiency.
2. Prepare detailed documentation, including data dictionaries, process workflows, and user guides.
3. Implement Power BI service administration, including RLS & OLS, workspace management, data security policies and deployment pipelines
4. Experience with other BI tools (Tableau, Qlik, Looker) is a plus.
5. Familiarity with Azure Data Services, Databricks, or Microsoft Fabric.
6. Exposure to advanced analytics, statistical analysis, or machine learning concepts.
7. Snowflake SnowPro Core Certification
8. Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals (DP-900) or Azure Data Engineer Associate (DP-203)

1. Strong problem-solving & critical-thinking skills.
2. Excellent data storytelling & communication abilities.
3. Proven ability to mentor and lead teams in BI best practices.

Total Experience Expected: 02-04 years

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
