Job Overview:

Seeking a skilled Functional Analyst with expertise in Oracle PPM having at least 5 years of support or implementation experience in Oracle Cloud PPM. In this role, individuals will be responsible for Support and enhancement of Project Costing and Project Billing Module. Worked closely with customers/business stakeholders to gather requirements and design fixes.

Responsibilities:

·      Provide ongoing support for Oracle PPM systems, including troubleshooting issues and making system enhancements as needed. Conversant with all the Project accounting flows for capturing cost and Revenue Recognition.

·      Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements for Oracle PPM.

·      Worked in Agile Scrum mode for complex projects using sprint-based models.

·      Worked with a team of Business Analysts and Developers for collaborated solutions. 

·      Effectively managed and communicated to various work streams to deliver customers and stakeholders goals and objectives on current and previous projects.

·      Develop and maintain functional design documentation to ensure the fixes meet business needs.

·      Assist and contribute with design workshops and functional process workshops in all Projects/Grants areas.

·      Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that solutions are properly integrated with other systems.

·      Provide training and support to end-users on the use of Oracle PPM

·      Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in Oracle PPM

Skills Required:

· Years of Experience: 06-08 years

· Location : Noida, Chennai, Bengaluru

· Experience in Oracle Cloud PPM Support and Enhancement

· Experience in Oracle Cloud PPM

· Experience with Project Contracts, Project Accounting, Project Billing, Project Costing, Assets Capitalization, Forecast and Budgeting.

· Strong understanding of project portfolio management.

· Experience with system configuration and testing will be an added advantage.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

· Worked in Incident management tools such as JIRA.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

· Willing to travel.
