Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Install, configure and manage high availability Fusion Middleware components in production environments
2. Install, configure and manage connectors for integration with AD and other systems along with managing JDBC data sources, GridLink data sources and connection pools
3. Tune WebLogic server settings including JVM heap size, garbage collection, JDBC connections and thread management to optimize application performance
4. Skilled in scripting (Unix/Linux, Python, WLST) and automation tools to streamline middleware operations
5. Apply patches and perform version upgrades for Fusion Middleware products
6. Creation and updating of standard operating procedures (SOPs)
7. Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to Fusion Middleware installations, configurations, integrations & deployments and perform root cause analysis
8. Proactively identify and address potential system failures & bottlenecks and resource utilization issues to improve system resilience
9. Collaborate with other teams and participate in planning & strategy discussions along with guiding and mentoring the team
10. Provision, configure, and manage resources on Azure

Required Skills:

1. Hands on experience in Fusion Middleware Components including Oracle Weblogic Server, SOA, Oracle Service Bus (OSB), Oracle Identity and Access Management Suite (OAM, OID, OIM, OHS)
2. Proficient in configuring SSL/ TLS, SSO and access control policies for Middleware environments
3. Experience with load balancing, clustering & high availability setups for enterprise applications
4. Experience in performance tuning for FMW components
5. Good interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Certification in Oracle WebLogic, SOA Suite, or Oracle Identity Management products.
2. Experience with DevOps tools and practices, such as Ansible, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines for middleware automation.
3. Familiarity with Oracle Database, including PL/SQL and database connection tuning for middleware integration.

Total Experience Expected: 06-08 years
