We are looking for a Project Manager with a strong technical background and proven experience in managing end-to-end software development projects. The candidate is expected to lead multiple projects of varying sizes, ensuring delivery excellence, stakeholder satisfaction and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage IT projects through all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle, from initiation to deployment and closure.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand technical and functional requirements and convert them into actionable project plans.
• Drive delivery of high-quality software solutions by closely working with cross-functional teams in development, testing and deployment.
• Manage project scope, schedules, risks and budgets, ensuring adherence to commitments and timely delivery.
• Effectively manage stakeholder communications, providing clear and consistent updates on progress, risks, and issues.
• Support the project team in technical discussions and solution design, leveraging knowledge in node/React.
• Ensure best practices are followed in alignment with Agile, SAFe and organizational standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• Strong experience in project management with technical background in software development.
• Hands-on understanding of technologies such as node/React.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across distributed teams.
• Strong grasp of Agile, SAFe and Waterfall delivery models.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in managing fixed-cost projects.
• Awareness of AWS Cloud services and cloud-native solution approaches.
• Total Experience Expected: 12-16 years
