Job Description
We are looking for a Project Manager with a strong technical background and proven experience in managing end-to-end software development projects. The candidate is expected to lead multiple projects of varying sizes, ensuring delivery excellence, stakeholder satisfaction and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead and manage IT projects through all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle, from initiation to deployment and closure.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand technical and functional requirements and convert them into actionable project plans.
Drive delivery of high-quality software solutions by closely working with cross-functional teams in development, testing and deployment.
Manage project scope, schedules, risks and budgets, ensuring adherence to commitments and timely delivery.
Effectively manage stakeholder communications, providing clear and consistent updates on progress, risks, and issues.
Support the project team in technical discussions and solution design, leveraging knowledge in node/React.
Ensure best practices are followed in alignment with Agile, SAFe and organizational standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Strong experience in project management with technical background in software development.
Hands-on understanding of technologies such as node/React.
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across distributed teams.
Strong grasp of Agile, SAFe and Waterfall delivery models.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills.
Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in managing fixed-cost projects.
Awareness of AWS Cloud services and cloud-native solution approaches.
Total Experience Expected: 12-16 years
