Location: Chennai
Mode of work: Hybrid (3 days at office every week)
Shift: UK Shift and UK Holidays

Mandatory:

• Mobile App Support and backend api support, Device Management in SOTI or any of the IoT tool management, either of the Database (MSSql/Oracle/Postgre sql) skill set.
• Ability to create and replicate the Prod environment and able to find the RCA for any incidents and able to provide code level fix.
• Ability to develop the minor enhancements and deliver
• Production support experience / BAU Operations is MUST (Major incident management, Troubleshooting skills) 
• Familiar in ITIL framework (Incident, problem, change management) 

Preferable: Java Spring boot in trouble shooting level
Cloud experience, Splunk, Jenkins, CICD, Monitoring tools

MCA / MSc IT, Comp Science / BE / B-Tech

Possible in UK Shifts 1PM - 10M IST
