We are looking for an experienced HR ERP Techno-Functional Consultant to support global HR ERP implementation and transformation initiatives. SAP SuccessFactors experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Work with global HR stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements.
2. Translate HR business requirements into effective ERP functional and technical solutions.
3. Participate in global HR ERP implementations, enhancements, integrations, and rollouts.
4. Contribute to workshops, requirement analysis, solution design, testing, and deployment activities.
5. Work closely with functional, technical, integration, data, and project teams across geographies.
6. Analyze business processes and recommend opportunities for standardization and improvement.
7. Support data migration, integrations, testing, issue resolution, and post-go-live activities.
8. Act as a bridge between HR business teams and technical/IT teams.

Required Skills:

1. Strong experience in HR ERP / HR technology, with good understanding of core HR processes.
2. Hands-on techno-functional consulting experience in an HR ERP environment.
3. Experience working on global/multi-country HR projects.
4. Strong requirements analysis, solution design, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation skills.
5. Good understanding of HR data, integrations, and ERP implementation lifecycle.
6. SAP SuccessFactors experience preferred; PeopleSoft or other HR ERP experience can also be considered.
7. Good communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across global teams.
