You are the key to our growth. You ensure that Consultants can find us and become excited about Sopra Steria. In this role, you will be responsible for the recruitment and selection for the Business Line Consulting. You will work for the areas of Innovation & Design and Architecture & Tech. This includes profiles such as UX Designers, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and Platform and Cloud Architects.

In this role, you will coordinate the entire process. You will work closely with hiring managers to spot and select the ideal candidates. Your expertise and involvement will make all the difference. Through sourcing, networking, and participating in events, you will ensure that our talent pool is always full. The selection interviews are conducted by our people in the Business.

You have at least a bachelor's degree level of working and thinking. At least 5 years of relevant experience as a Recruiter on the agency side, focusing on recruiting Consultancy and IT (Architecture) profiles. You have excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written. You have experience using various channels to search for the right candidates. You feel at home in a dynamic IT environment. You are flexible and know how to come up with creative solutions to engage your target audience. You get energy from networking and connecting people. You can handle working under pressure and with targets. We are preferably looking for someone for 40 hours per week (full-time).
