Job Description:

• Responsible for coding, unit testing, application development/support, bug fixing and deliver tasks assigned as per predefined timelines and quality standards.
• Primary Skill Set: Cobol, DB2, JCL and VSAM.  
• Work on change requests from business.
• Incident identification, classification, prioritization investigation and diagnosis of all resolution and recovery priority type.
• Investigation and Detection of possible Problems and the creating a problem record through to resolution or error identification
• Handle ad-hoc requests for Service status or one-time information retrieval/reports
• Gather service data as needed for reporting and communications
• Analyzing the process and suggesting improvements
• Keeping affected business partners informed about progress
• Participate in implementation activities and provide post implementation support.
• Document all the learning’s from the project and contribute towards updating knowledge assets
• Should be willing to work in Development/support in UK/India shift.

Total Experience Expected: 06-08 years

B.E./B.Tech. /MCA
