Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

 

  1. Responsible for creating/migrating Principle Diagrams (PD) and Wiring Diagrams (WD) from legacy to CAPITAL using AIRBUS methodologies.
  2. A good team member who is responsible for supporting AIRBUS projects in ESI projects.
  3. Accountable for activity execution, closing of assigned responsibilities/activities and capable of keeping effective communication with all the stakeholders
  4. Capture best practices, build knowledge repository & training materials to train new team members added into the project team
  5. Proactive in idea generation, innovation mindset to improve product, process methods and tools

 

Create quick PoC (Proof of Concepts) or build new solution proposal for various platforms Mission:

Siemens CAPITAL based on Airbus processes for electrical systems Description of the tasks:

  1. - Participation/Contribution to Agile SAFE events
  2. - Contribute to functionalities definition/testing in CAPITAL
  3. - Contribute to Working groups discussion on the TO be solution for Elec Design/process
  4. -Library creation/update in CAPITAL
  5. -Documentation writing (User, Training, etc...)

Skills:

  1. Functional electrical system knowledge and/or harness design
  2. SAFe methodology is a plus
  3. Good English level mandatory

Nice to have:

  1.  CAPItAL Logic, Mopho, Harness designer is a plus
  2. ACA processes

Total Experience Expected: 04-06 years

BE or Btech


Additional Information

Catia DMU Activity in electrics, all modules of ESI

Electrics functional design (FD, BD, PD, EPD, WD)

Knowledge on Capital (Optional: SeeXP-Legacy tool)

Expert in Methods and Tools

Should be aware of Airbus process and tools.

Knowledge of Airbus tools such as VPM, PASS, Catia,.Etc

Ability to learn and master Airbus specific Business Activity Monitoring Applications (BI, KPI, dashboard, reporting, workflow)

 

 Detailed Candidate Profile / Required Skills:

  1. Must have minimum of 2+ years of experience in AIRBUS Process, Methods and Tools.
  2. Hands on experience in CAPITAL CATIA V5, SEEXP, PASS SSI, Enovia VPM, TreND, Context Builder, CADint, Taksy and Gilda will be preferred.
  3. Sound knowledge in AIRBUS product structure and Configuration management process.
  4. Should have a good technical knowledge of Aircraft Structures, Systems, Cabin & Cargo Layouts.
  5. Experience in Design and Quality check of AIRBUS Electrical Systems will be preferred.
  6. Ability to work with cross-functional teams, flexible and agile enough to meet the expected deliverables to achieve common business goals & objectives.
  7. Very good communication, good interpersonal skills (excellent attitude to collaborate, support each other, willingness to learn from all and to develop relationships with team members, customers, and all stakeholders) and create positively thriving environment within the team/organization.
