As a Capacity Manager, you are responsible for optimizing resource planning and managing demand and supply within Business Services. You ensure operational excellence, sustainable employability, and support the company’s strategic and commercial objectives.
Your responsibilities include planning and optimizing resources for projects and managed services, analyzing productivity, and providing advice on improvements to increase margins. You manage billability programs, conduct CV quality audits, and promote future-ready capabilities. Additionally, you coordinate freelancers and subcontractors, including contract management and negotiations.
You act as the Single Point of Contact for bench management, track requests and placements in internal tools, monitor end dates and extensions, and share placement and rate overviews with business units. Furthermore, you manage onboarding, learning tracks, and stand-ups, and calculate costs and rates to ensure optimal margins.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in resource planning or capacity management.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Experience in contract management and negotiations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
